01Who operates Little Us

Little Us (Tụi Mình in Vietnamese) is operated by Tran Minh Tien. This policy covers the iPhone app, its widget and the backend service. Contact trachanhtv.works@gmail.com about privacy, support or harmful content. The TrioX presentation website has its own website privacy policy.

02Data you provide and data generated by use

When you register or use online features, we receive your account identifier, name, email, authentication information and optional profile photo. We store content you choose to submit: photos, captions, messages, groups and invitation codes, reactions and read status, personal journal entries, habits and check-ins, mood updates, hugs, short voice notes of up to 20 seconds and shared memory pages. Reports and support requests contain the information you submit. Technical request metadata, including IP addresses, request times and paths, can be processed to operate and secure the service. Do not place confidential information in URLs or support attachments unnecessarily.

03How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, store and synchronize your content, deliver sharing to the people you select, show read status and reactions, maintain journal and habit features, resolve support requests and investigate abuse. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or track you across other companies’ apps and websites. The current app does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Voice notes are used for playback; we do not send them to speech transcription or external AI services.

04Who can see information

Members of the relevant group can see the content you share with that group. A personal journal is not shared with other group members. Carefully choose the group and recipients before posting. Infrastructure providers process data to deliver the service: the backend database and private Wasabi/S3-compatible object storage hold account data, media and backups. Authorized operational access may be required for support, security or a legal obligation. This service is not end-to-end encrypted. We require providers handling user data on our behalf to protect it to the same standard described here and restrict processing to the service purpose. Infrastructure may process data outside your country. Members can save their own copies; we cannot recall copies they have already exported.

05Permissions, local storage and widgets

Camera, photo selection and microphone access are requested for the features you choose. You can decline or revoke permission in iOS Settings; features requiring that permission will stop working while other features remain available. The system photo picker gives the app the images you select. Uploaded photos are re-encoded to remove embedded EXIF metadata; camera effects run locally without face identification. Drafts and pending uploads may remain on your device until sent or removed. Local reminders require notification permission. A configured widget can expose selected content on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, including to someone looking at the screen. Remove the widget or change its selection to stop displaying it.

06Retention and deletion

Active account and shared content are retained while needed to provide your account and the features you use, until you remove the content or delete your account. Expiration of a mood display does not automatically erase all related history. Deleting an owned photo also removes its associated voice note and shared-memory references from active storage. To delete your account in the app, open Me → Delete account and confirm with your password. This deletes the account and its owned content from active service storage; group ownership may transfer to another member, and other members’ independent content remains. Database backups rotate after 14 days, so a removed record may remain in a protected backup until rotation. We cannot delete copies another person has saved, or copies in device backups you control. Contact us if you cannot access the deletion function or need help accessing or correcting your information.

07Security and community safety

We use access controls, authenticated requests and private object storage to protect information. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and invitation codes. Use the app’s report and block controls for harmful content or users, or email the operator. Reports may be reviewed with the relevant content to investigate misuse. Little Us is not designed specifically for children; a parent or guardian should contact us about a child’s information or a safety concern.

08Your choices and policy updates

You can choose what to upload, leave a group, remove content you own, revoke system permissions, remove a widget or delete your account. These choices do not recall content already received by others. Email trachanhtv.works@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a complaint. We may verify account ownership without asking for your password. If the service’s data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date and communicate material changes through the service.
