01Operator and scope
Nhà Có Mèo is operated by Tran Minh Tien. This policy covers the game at nhacomeo.io.vn and its online services. Privacy and support contact: trachanhtv.works@gmail.com. The TrioX showcase website has a separate website privacy policy.
02Guest play, accounts and online data
Guest progress and preferences are primarily saved in browser storage on your device. Using an account sends the server your username, hashed password, optional email, profile and game state. Online social features process friends, visits, gifts, house/profile details, leaderboard records, posts, reactions, comments, guestbook entries, chat messages and blocks or reports as needed. Account sessions and security logs can contain IP addresses and browser information. Support tickets contain the text and context you submit. Optional push notifications require a subscription endpoint, delivery keys, language, time zone and reminder settings. Guest play can still make requests for optional online or AI features.
03Purpose and visibility
We use data to save and synchronize progress, authenticate accounts, deliver the social features you select, provide support and prevent abuse. Relevant players can see content you publish or send through social features; the operator can review reports and relevant content for safety. Chat is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging service. We do not sell your personal data. The current game has no real-money purchases or advertising network.
04Browser storage and usage statistics
Browser storage holds local saves and preferences; essential authentication cookies keep online sessions working. On the production game, Firebase/Google Analytics usage statistics are currently enabled unless you disable them or your browser requests Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can disable Usage statistics in Settings; this choice is stored on the current browser. Statistics can include a pseudonymous browser identifier, device, language, page/referral source, game version and gameplay events, including guest/account mode and platform. The instrumentation does not send your account ID, username, email, password, cat names or message content as event fields. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Google may process service information outside your country.
05Optional AI and external processing
AI features, including café dialogue and chatting with cats, can send fictional character attributes, your written reply and recent dialogue to the configured provider at llm.hypertek.vn. The server filters email addresses, phone-like numbers and links before sending, but this does not guarantee anonymization of everything you type. Full profiles and account identifiers are not deliberately included in prompts. Do not enter sensitive real-world information. Cat-chat history is kept on your device; short-lived usage counters may be kept on the server. Provider processing and retention are governed by its own arrangements; we do not promise that it never keeps prompts or uses them for training. Use built-in game content instead of requesting AI when you do not want text sent externally.
06Recipients and security
Hosting and backup providers process the online service’s data. Google processes enabled analytics, the AI provider processes requested AI dialogue, and browser-vendor push services process notification delivery. These services may operate in different countries; we do not promise that all processing occurs in Vietnam. Data can also be disclosed where legally required. Access controls, HTTPS and password hashing protect online data, without guaranteeing absolute security. Copies sent to other players or exported elsewhere are outside the operator’s direct control.
07Retention
Account and save data remain until account deletion. Routine online records have shorter windows: friend chat up to 90 days and 200 messages per pair; sessions and security logs up to 90 days; gifts up to 60 days; visits up to three days; feed comments, reactions and guestbook entries up to 30 days; friend suggestions and contest entries up to eight weeks. Closed support records may remain up to 365 days and closed abuse reports up to 180 days for follow-up. Other game records use feature-specific limits. Protected operational backups can contain removed records until rotation. Contact us to ask about residual backup copies rather than assuming active-data deletion instantly removes every backup.
08Delete, export and withdraw permissions
Use Account → Data → Permanently delete account to remove the online account and its associated active game and social records. Export data in the account data controls provides a downloadable copy. Local guest saves and cached chat should be cleared separately on each device using the game’s reset controls or browser site-data controls. Previously exported files, older backups and other people’s copies are not automatically erased. Turn off statistics or notifications in Settings and revoke browser notification permission if needed. Native notification permission and saving a game image to Photos are optional; the game does not read your entire photo library. The game does not require camera, microphone, contacts or precise location access.
09Support, children and updates
Use report and block tools for unwanted contact or harmful content. The game is not a dedicated children’s service; parents or guardians should supervise use of accounts, social interactions and external AI, and can contact us about a child’s information. Email trachanhtv.works@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or support. We may verify account ownership without asking for your password. Material data-practice changes will be reflected in an updated policy and effective date.
