Phố Có Chuyện
Privacy policy
A browser career game with cloud saves and optional community features.
Effective date:
01Operator and scope
Phố Có Chuyện is operated by Tran Minh Tien. This policy covers the browser game at phocochuyen.io.vn, its game saves, accounts and community features. Contact trachanhtv.works@gmail.com for privacy, support or reports. The TrioX showcase website has a separate website privacy policy.
02What the game stores
The service stores your progress, inventory, in-game currency, fictional customer reviews and text you enter, linked to a random session identifier. An optional account adds a username, display name and hashed password; a normal account does not require an email or phone number. Optional public street features store the profile, shop statistics and content you publish, including reviews, replies, posts, comments, reactions, gifts, listings, reports, blocks and follows. Push subscriptions store a browser delivery endpoint and reminder settings. Feedback includes your message and relevant game, layout, device/browser, language and version context; a signed-in username may be attached. Technical logs may include IP, time and request path for security and debugging.
04AI dialogue and what is sent
If the server has an AI provider configured, AI character dialogue is currently enabled by default and can be turned off. While enabled, typed chat messages and recent chat context, your replies to fictional reviews, fictional review text and limited scene/character context are sent to that provider. The server filters links, email addresses and phone-like numbers and substitutes a generic form of address for your player name; filtering cannot guarantee that all personal information is removed. Avoid entering real sensitive information. Account and session identifiers are not deliberately included in prompts. Turn it off in Settings → Play → Characters chat using AI, or use Turn AI off in the initial notice. Provider processing can occur outside your country and is governed by that provider’s rules; we do not claim that the provider never retains inputs or uses them for training. Built-in dialogue is used when AI is off or unavailable.
06Retention and deletion
Unlinked saves inactive for 180 days are removed; account-linked saves remain until deletion. Duplicate-action receipts are kept for three days, the street inbox for 60 days, board posts for 180 days, queued notifications for seven days and feedback for up to two years or until a deletion request. Service statistics tied to a random save identifier may be retained longer after a save is deleted; these are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Open Settings → Delete my data to delete your active save, account, public profile, street content, feedback and push subscription. The deletion also removes linked TikTok identifiers and pending sign-in flows. Revoking TikTok authorization alone does not delete a game save. Export save in Settings lets you download progress. Protected operational backups may retain removed records until rotated; contact us for information about any residual copy. Copies already received by other people or exported by you cannot be recalled.
07Permissions, safety and your rights
Notifications and live microphone access require your choice and browser permission. Revoke them in browser settings and disable subscriptions in the game. You can turn off AI, statistics or your public profile, export your save, report content and block users. The shared street is intended for ages 13 and up, and the live microphone for ages 16 and up; younger players should use the game with a parent or guardian. Contact us to access, correct or delete information or report misuse. We use HTTPS, access controls and abuse limits, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Updates to data practices will be reflected here with a revised effective date.
