01Service and operator
These terms apply to Scanmora, operated by Tran Minh Tien. Use the service lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. Contact trachanhtv.works@gmail.com for questions. Scanning, OCR and local AI are document tools; you remain responsible for reviewing their results.
02Your information and content
You control the documents you import and export. Obtain permission for documents containing another person’s information. Review the destination and recipients before sharing. Secure your device and keep backups you need.
03Results and availability
OCR and AI can make mistakes, omit content or produce unsupported answers. Check outputs against the original. Do not rely on the assistant as professional medical, legal or financial advice. The app is not a certified archive; keep independent copies of important originals.
04Support and privacy
We do not receive your document library automatically. Send only the information needed when asking for support. See the separate Scanmora privacy policy for local storage, backup and deletion details.
05Ending use and changes
You may stop using the app at any time. Permanently delete local documents through Trash and manage exported copies and device backups separately. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. We will date updated terms here when the service changes.
